NASHVILLE, TN / ACCESSWIRE / February 11, 2021 / Far beyond the triumphs of technological and societal advancements, a pressing environmental problem grows by the second. As the fight against climate change and deforestation heighten, it is hard to believe that one of the issues threatening existence is toilet paper.

Every day, around 27,000 trees are chopped down only for toilet paper production. This staggering number increases with each passing year, and determined to slow it down to a halt, Founder and CEO Brandon McAnally has launched a healthier and environmentally conscious option with Bampoo.

Before establishing the tree-free toilet paper brand, Brandon lived in Hawaii and was in awe of how the native Hawaiians kept their islands pristine. Their continuous and unfaltering efforts ignited a spark within him as he realized how the world could be as beautiful as paradise if everyone exhibited a similar or higher standard of care.

As he considered how to promote this realization, a lightbulb soon flickered in his head. "After learning about how we cut down 27,000 trees per day for toilet paper production and the overwhelming benefits of bamboo, I knew what I had to do," he shares. "I had to create a tree-free toilet paper brand that would allow everyone to make a positive impact with their butts."

So he launched Bampoo. Established with a mission to save the Earth "one poop at a time" through the venture's fully sustainable and chemical-free bamboo toilet paper, Bampoo provides a healthier and eco-friendly alternative to the usual.

Under the message, "quit wiping with trees," the sustainable plastic- and chemical-free toilet paper brand introduces new levels of green to the market. Encouraging the switch to tree-free toilet paper, the brand does not compromise comfort for its cause with Bampoo's soft and strong material.

These materials are specially sourced from FSC approved bamboo farms. After a vegan, cruelty-free, and organic process, these are packaged into rolls of varying sizes and sent out through Bampoo's monthly delivery subscription service.

Marrying convenience with its advocacy, Bampoo is taking its mission one step further. While helping individuals take sustainable steps to save the planet, the tree-free toilet paper brand is also helping them save other people. One percent of Bampoo's profit is dedicated to the humanitarian aid organization UNICEF, which prioritizes the health and happiness of children worldwide.

On his brand's dedication to seeing a better world, Brandon says, "I truly believe Bampoo could be a brand that helps people make that first step toward sustainability because we all poop, but we all don't make a difference with our butts."

Five years from now, Bampoo expects the contrary. In half a decade, the tree-free toilet paper brand will be lining shelves in major retail chains, grocery stores, and virtual shops, as well.
