WitnessMeClothing Co. is a 100% non-profit clothing company that works alongside different charity organizations/foundations to give back to society. These charity organizations are on the ground working and solving problems in the world, while WitnessMeClothing is contributing in the background and helping bring those projects to life. WitnessMeClothing donates high fashion and casual wear to charity organizations so they can promote the organization and create more awareness for their charity projects.
WitnessMeClothing chooses one foundation to work with monthly and releases about three to four fashion pieces in limited edition designs so that the clothes can sell fast and also remain one of their kind. Although currently the company is still being developed, all hands are on deck to release the first cloth design by September 2021. Rae Serbeck's vision for the company is to lend a helping hand to the charity organizations that put in the work and get little credit or thanks for it. Every cent made from each piece of clothing that WitnessMeClothing sells will go to the various projects these charity organizations are working on. If they ever need funding to expand their projects or more resources to help as many people as possible, WitnessMeClothing intends to be available to contribute from proceeds of cloth sales to any charity project worldwide.
Rae Serbeck established WitnessMeClothing to be a true non-profit that will not put any money in even the CEO's pockets. Rae Serbeck is committed to handling all the material expenses for every piece of clothing the brand produces, but sales of those clothing items will go to various charity organizations. The vision for WitnessMeClothing came to life in November 2020, but over the next few months, the company will start working with different charity organizations underground. The inspiration behind this company came from Rae Serbeck's desire to change what true non-profit companies are. He believes that a non-profit company should not touch whatever resources they ought to channel to charity work. "For years, I've wanted to make the concept of a fully non-profit a reality, and WitnessMeClothing is my dream company come true," he says.
With plans to fully launch in September 2021 underway, WitnessMeClothing has partnered with a charity organization that has done a lot of work in saving lives and making the world better. The company is keeping this charity under wraps for now and will announce it in due time.
