Using her She's Got Drive Podcast platform to reach more women of color, she has been interviewing successful Black women to give them the avenue to inspire others by revealing their life stories. Shirley McAlpine has also had the privilege of interviewing many notable leaders and influencers to help boost the morale of Black women. The list of guests can be found on her website and podcast page.

Shirley McAlpine's undeniable passion for raising next-generation leaders has led her to advocate and support initiatives that provide a voice for women from various industries. She is the Chairperson of the Apollo's EmpowHer Women's Network and former Board Member of the Fawcett Society, the U.K.'s leading charity that promotes gender equality and women's rights. Shirley was also invited to Buckingham Palace after successfully launching a campaign that raised breast cancer awareness among Black women.

"We could say that we are really impacting the lives of Black and brown people through our work and that our programs have been taken by thousands of people. We have clients who are taking bold, courageous, and audacious actions in their lives and the lives of their business. I want them to see that as a Black woman, there are things that they can do to get the support they need to succeed and that their experience at work and the challenges they face are common, but not insurmountable. I want them to be inspired to pursue their dream life," reveals Shirley McAlpine.

Shirley launched her Time to Elevate master class for White Allies, as well as supporting organizations to implement their anti-racism strategies in a meaningful way. As a Black British citizen who has lived and worked in Great Britain until her move to Chicago 8 years ago, she understands the many struggles that Black people go through in the workplace and the community. By stepping out to boldly go against racism in different work environments, she is slowly contributing to the relevant change that women of color have been earnestly praying for. Just as she has achieved great feats despite the color of her skin, Shirley desires the same opportunities for Black women all over the world so they, too, can live out their life's purpose with courage, confidence, and great passion.

At present, Shirley McAlpine's fast-growing Chicago coaching, consulting, and online business delivers work involving C suite executives. She is PCC accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Additionally, she is also one of the faculty members among the 50 fully accredited ICF programs worldwide. She was the consultant assigned to launch the Soros Racial Equality Fellowship and has coached fellows and political campaign managers. She delivered Diversity Engagement sessions to the top 1000 leaders in Shell and all KPMG U.K. partners.

As Black women continue to break through the barriers that have been installed by society for many generations, Shirley McAlpine is all the more convinced that the pressing need to empower women of color to become the best version of themselves will continue to rise. As they continue to make phenomenal impacts on governments, businesses, schools, and world economies. Shirley McAlpine aspires to live to see the day when equity for all becomes second nature to organizations, communities, world leaders, and ordinary individuals alike.
