Q: What does being awarded the Consumer Choice Award mean to you? And how did winning the Consumer Choice Award impact your business?
A: As a 5-year Consumer Choice Award winner, It means a lot to me that we have been able to consistently provide our customers with the products and services they need while providing superior customer service! It makes me proud of our team and the lengths they go to each day to make sure that our customers are well taken care of. Our Customers have always been our first priority, and ever since we first won the consumer choice award in 2016, we have been reassured that this was the best way to do business, and we made it our goal to continue to uphold these high standards year after year. We couldn't have done it without the support of our great customers, and we look forward to continuing to serve you!

Q: What makes your business unique and successful in the market?
A: Something that makes us more unique is that we make customer service our priority. Whether that is simply helping someone with their device, fixing a device quickly, or helping them to decide on a new one. Our staff are committed to helping our customers with exactly what they need and will work with you to help you with your purchase, repair, or service.

Q: What is the company tagline, slogan, or motto of your business? And what does that mean to your business and your customers?
A: The key to success is excellent customer service. We aim to provide a great experience every time our customers visit. This is why our customers come back to us and trust us for their electronics purchases and repairs.
Q: What is one thing that the general public may not know about your company that you would like them to know?
A: We are here for you! No matter if you need a new phone, or if you spilled water on your laptop, or broke your tablet, our team will help to get your tech back! We offer options for a wide range of products and offer both OEM and Aftermarket parts to meet your budget. We even price match our local competitors. If you need your device repaired, come by and see us, and we will be happy to help fix your device.

Q: How do you keep up with the trends in your industry?
A: Being a technology business, we always aim to keep at the forefront of industry trends. We have a strong team with staff who have varying tech interests. While some of our staff are more versed in some areas than others, all of our staff like to keep up to date with the latest tech, and we encourage our staff to share their knowledge and help to teach one another to grow as a team.
Q: What is one characteristic that you believe helped you through your career?
A: One characteristic that has helped throughout my career is my ability to work with my team! It is only by working together and everyone putting in their 100% that we are able to achieve what we do. By trusting in my team and encouraging them to treat the business as their own we all put forth a good effort and push each other to succeed.

Q: Are you or your company involved in your community? (charity, fundraising, etc.)
A: Our goal is for Techville to be not just a business but part of the community; as such, we try to be involved with community events and have an annual fundraiser/customer appreciation day where a portion of the proceeds from all sales go to support a local charity. In the past, we have supported Kerr Street Mission, and we also invite our staff to suggest charities to support and have team contests and goals to raise money for these causes.

Q: What is the best compliment you've ever received?
A: At one point I was talking to someone and had mentioned that I am the owner of Techville and she told me that we were a lifesaver. She said that she had brought in a damaged hard drive for data recovery and that we had recovered a large amount of old family photos for her. She was so thankful and said that she had thought they were lost forever, but that thanks to our staff we were able to give her back these precious memories.

Q: What gets you out of bed every day?
A: My wife and two kids! They mean the world to me, and they make all the hard work worthwhile!
