Q: What does being awarded the Consumer Choice Award mean to you? And how did winning the Consumer Choice Award impact your business?

A: Out of all of the businesses that were eligible, we at LeslievilleGeek are very proud to have been chosen to receive the Consumer Choice Award. Our top priority has always been one that puts customers first, and we take an approach called "customer obsession." Providing the best value to each customer, and working with them to ensure they get exactly what they need from our services, is the driving force behind LeslievilleGeek. To have our efforts recognized with this award is very gratifying.

As the Consumer Choice Awards recognize the best businesses in this area, being selected by this institution affirms the quality of our approach to potential customers. Cementing LeslievilleGeek as a reliable, customer-centric business that consumers can depend on is extremely important to our future. We are grateful to have been given such an endorsement.

Q: What makes your business unique and successful in the market?

A: LeslievilleGeek is a company that focuses its practices around customer obsession. Our relationships and interactions with our customers drive our business. It is essential that we ensure each customer not only receives the best service possible but that they have a positive experience at every stage of their interaction with LeslievilleGeek. Each member of our team is dedicated to providing the smoothest and more efficient service to each customer. We don't rush from job to job, or customer to customer, but instead, take the time to ensure we have entirely fulfilled the needs of our current customer. This approach to business sets us apart from the rest of the market. LeslievilleGeek isn't just focused on providing top-quality customer service, we're obsessed with it.

Q: What is the newest addition in terms of a product or service that your company offers?

A: The most recent addition to the slate of services and products we offer is integration with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant. These devices are growing in popularity, and LeslievilleGeek can set-up their voice assistant to utilize the full functionality of the integrated services. Customers can control their smart televisions with their Amazon Echo or Google Home, but discovering the capabilities of each service and setting them up is not an intuitive process. LeslievilleGeek makes sure that our customers are getting everything they can out of their devices, and showing them the different ways voice integration is the future of their smart home.

Q: What is the most recent example of how you have exceeded your client's expectations on a job?

A: We receive reviews and positive responses from customers daily. Recently a customer left a review praising us for "taking on a project for me that other companies were intimidated to do and/or quoted far more." This customer details his great experience not only with our technician, for providing fast and efficient service, but also our in-house team for handling his booking and providing excellent customer service.

Q: How do you plan on growing your business in the next few years?

A: We have considerable plans for the future of LeslievilleGeek, with a range of new services and products that we are in the process of acquiring and implementing. A key service that we are looking to implement is "TV in a Day Installation." LeslievilleGeek will offer full-service TV installation, taking customers from the purchase of the television through to secure delivery and installation, all within one day. With our "TV in a Day" service, we will be able to remove the anxiety that comes with big-ticket purchases like televisions and provide our expertise to determine which product is best for them, and then sourcing, delivering and installing their new TV immediately.

Q: Name a person who has had a tremendous impact on you. How did this person impact your life?

A: The people that have had the most impact on me are my employees at LeslievilleGeek. Our team is made up of resourceful, dedicated people that I find myself learning from every day. A business like ours is not a one-man show, and each person at LeslievilleGeek brings something different and invaluable to our business and our customers. Their individual knowledge and expertise allow us to function as a unit that is capable of tackling any problem and providing the most value to each of our customers.

Q: What is one characteristic that you believe helped you through your career?

A: Throughout my career, the characteristic that has helped me the most is my ability to adapt. In any field of work you need to be flexible and adapt to changing practices and standards, but none more so than technology. Technology is constantly advancing, and the way consumers interact with their technology changes too. The ability to adapt and keep up with new technology, trends and practices as it comes out is the most important thing you can have in this business. No one is doing things the way they were done five, or even two years ago. Technology changes constantly, and the ability to change with it has been my strongest asset.

Q: What is your favourite quote?

A: "The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do." Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs changed the face of technology forever and created one of the most profitable brands and products of all time. This quote from him encourages people to attempt the impossible, to never settle for what everyone else believes can be done. I believe that the only people that can limit us is ourselves, and with enough crazy determination, we never need to have limits at all.
