SAN DIMAS, CA / ACCESSWIRE / October 27, 2020 / "I don't think I would love what I do if it was only about my goals and my bank account." Ronnie Gauthier took an unusual path to the success she has earned in the financial industry. After pursuing a career in psychology up to the point of earning her master's degree, Gauthier realized there was a different career path calling her name. Along with her husband, Ronnie has made her finance & leadership development career a success in the United States.
For her post-secondary education, Ronnie was set on pursuing psychology, and she was even working as a school psychologist intern when her husband, Jay, lost his job with the fire department. A devastating blow to the couple, the loss of Jay's job forced him into finding another career path. He began working in personal finance, and he found gratification from his work. Ronnie began to reconsider what she had chosen to do with her career. Looking back on the situation, Ronnie says, "If you are not happy with your career, your time, your income or a combination of those things, take a risk and try something new. It will be hard at first but if you're determined, you can make it work for you."
Looking back, Ronnie would not have it any other way. Along with her husband, Ronnie opened their first office, in 2013. The Gauthiers have helped train hundreds of hopeful agents nationwide. The work they do is both challenging and fulfilling, and Ronnie says that her personal experiences have helped make her a great fit for this role. "I know how vulnerable it can feel to trust someone with your finances, so I always take the time to find out what my clients are trying to accomplish and give them all the information they need in order to make a decision that they feel is best for them." With her newfound entrepreneurial spirit, she is focused on growth: for her business, for herself, and, most importantly, for her clients.
