Deji Hambolu is a Maryland-born Nigerian entrepreneur who holds a degree in process and systems engineering from Georgia Tech. He has held management positions in the global headquarters of several Fortune 500 companies such as Equifax, UPS, and Coca-Cola. Growing up, he always had a passion for entrepreneurship and started his own men's accessories company in 2015. In his sophomore year in college, he would purchase cars from auctions and fix them up to sell them to other college students.

During his last year in college, Deji Hambolu became interested in real estate investing. He quickly became passionate about the real estate world and started studying the industry more seriously. He attended several real estate networking events and constantly drowned himself in real estate audiobooks and networking events until he felt confident that he knew enough about the business to get started.

By the time he finished college, he purchased his first investment property while holding a corporate position at Coca-Cola. Starting his real estate journey in 2016, he is quickly rising in the industry, flipping and selling properties successfully at an impressive rate in a short period.

Today, Deji Hambolu is one of the youngest, most promising licensed real estate agents and accredited investors in his area. He is making it his mission to help people gain financial freedom and guide them as they begin their real estate investing journey. Through digital products, easily accessible through the mobile devices, such as online courses, eBooks, and online coaching sessions, he provides step-by-step instructions and the necessary guidance on how to make informed decisions in the real estate world.

For Deji Hambolu, his journey in real estate began when he was working full-time at another company. He wanted to know more about investing in real estate as a secondary source of income, but he had difficulty finding relatable & detailed educational content or step-by-step guides about this.

With that in mind, he wanted to fill in the gaps and provide beginners the necessary tools and knowledge that will aid them in jump-starting their real estate investment career or interests. According to Deji, he started the site "in an effort to help people who may be in a similar position learn more about some of the many ways real estate can be used to provide an additional source of income and, ultimately, help them create financial freedom and generational wealth."

At present, Deji Hambolu, his website, and the digital educational products on real estate investing that he provides have helped 75 people buy their first investment property this year alone. His goal is to help another 125 people purchase their first property by the end of 2020.
