Mr. Pendura's resignation is deemed appropriate to avoid any potential conflict of interest relating to ongoing negotiations between EnviroLeach and MineworX concerning the previously disclosed Letter of Intent to develop a catalytic converter recycling application. Mr. Pendura will continue collaboration with EnviroLeach through his leadership at MineworX Technologies Inc. The Company wishes to sincerely thank Mr. Pendura for his contribution to the Company.
