Loop Insights Issues Stock Options for Director Renewal

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 4, 2019 / LOOP Insights Inc. (TSXV:MTRX) (the "Company" or "Loop"), announces that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted stock options to directors, officers and a consultant of the Company to purchase an aggregate 1,070,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.15 per share which expire on February 27, 2025.

The Company also announces the resignation of Greg Vance from its Board of Directors. The Company would like to thank Greg for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
