The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Celanese reported its full-year and fourth quarter 2019 financial results on January 30, 2020. The Company reported GAAP diluted earnings per share ("EPS") of $0.35 and adjusted EPS of $1.99.
