VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 4, 2020 / Chemesis International Inc. (CSE:CSI)(OTCQB:CADMF)(FRA:CWAB) (the "Company" or "Chemesis"), is pleased to announce, further to its news release dated January 27, 2020, that the Puerto Rico Department of Health (the "DHPR"), as a result of the previously announced favourable judgment from the Puerto Rico Superior Court, San Juan (the "Decision") (please see the news release dated January 17, 2020), has reinstated all cannabis cultivation and cannabis manufacturing licenses (the "Licenses") held by its subsidiary, Natural Ventures PR, LLC ("Natural Ventures"). The Decision, which is still under appeal, found that such abeyance of the Licenses was invalid and unconstitutional and nullified such action.
The Company notes that, at the current time, the Licenses have been reinstated to being operational, and that Natural Ventures is permitted to carry out the licensed activities under the Licenses. The Company will provide further updates as appropriate.
