ReelTime Revenues on Track to Exceed One Million with Zero New Shares Issued According to Quarterly Report Posted Today

Some notable items that are contained in the report show revenues from operations of $598,923 and $218,150 for the six months ended June 30, 2019, and 2018 respectively. Revenues consisted primarily of transactions for Virtual Reality (VR) and media services.
The Company also reported that as of January 8th, 2020 that the number of shares outstanding of our common stock was 41,534,522 compared to 41,534,522 as of June 30th, 2019 and 41,534,522 as of the end of the previous reporting period.
