New Chief Operations Officer to Further Terravion’s Commitment to Operational Excellence

Accomplished operations management leader joins TerrAvion to improve and scale operations inline with strong growth in the agricultural aerial imagery sector.

SAN LEANDRO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / December 10, 2019 / TerrAvion, the global leader in aerial imagery, today announced that veteran operations executive Ben Moglen has joined the company as Chief Operations Officer. Moglen was most recently a management consultant helping companies streamline and optimize their operations. Moglen had been retained initially to assess TerrAvion's operations after a challenging year that was impacted by both high growth and challenging weather; based on his assessment Moglen created an action plan to resolve prior gaps and scale operations inline with continued future growth.

Ben is a highly accomplished operations management leader with 20+ years of operations experience spanning numerous industries and company sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 200 companies. Prior to running his own management consulting practice, Moglen spent nine years at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PGC) in a variety of strategy and operations leadership roles for one of the nation's largest utilities. Before PG&E, Moglen was a management consultant with PRTM (now PwC) and an operations leader with Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (UCTT) and Arrow Electronics (ARW). Moglen started his career as a Supply Corps officer leading teams and operations for the U.S. Navy. Moglen has a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from U.C. Berkeley.
