Accomplished operations management leader joins TerrAvion to improve and scale operations inline with strong growth in the agricultural aerial imagery sector.

Moglen was most recently a management consultant helping companies streamline and optimize their operations. Moglen had been retained initially to assess TerrAvion's operations after a challenging year that was impacted by both high growth and challenging weather; based on his assessment Moglen created an action plan to resolve prior gaps and scale operations inline with continued future growth.

Ben is a highly accomplished operations management leader with 20+ years of operations experience spanning numerous industries and company sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 200 companies. Prior to running his own management consulting practice, Moglen spent nine years at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PGC) in a variety of strategy and operations leadership roles for one of the nation's largest utilities. Before PG&E, Moglen was a management consultant with PRTM (now PwC) and an operations leader with Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. (UCTT) and Arrow Electronics (ARW). Moglen started his career as a Supply Corps officer leading teams and operations for the U.S. Navy. Moglen has a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from U.C. Berkeley.
