BELOIT, WI / ACCESSWIRE / December 2, 2019 / Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:BHWB) reports that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend on the Company's common stock. Shareholders of record as of December 6, 2019, will be paid a dividend of $0.10 per share on December 20, 2019. This amounts to $0.40 per share on an annual basis and is the twenty-second consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the company.
