CANEX Metals Closes Financing

CALGARY, AB / ACCESSWIRE / October 29, 2019 / CANEX Metals Inc. ("CANEX" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has closed its non-brokered private placement for 12,120,000 shares ("Common Shares") at a price of $0.05 per Common Share for gross proceeds of up to $606,000.

The shares were offered on a non-brokered basis by way of private placement to accredited investors and the securities issued are subject to a hold period of four months plus one day or March 1, 2020.

Proceeds of the financing will be used to explore the Gold Range Property, evaluate additional exploration opportunities, and for general working capital.
