BELOIT, WI / ACCESSWIRE / October 4, 2019 / Blackhawk Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX:BHWB) announced the departure of its Chief Financial Officer, Mary McGovern. Todd James, the company's President & CEO will assume the CFO duties until a replacement is named.
