CALGARY, AB / ACCESSWIRE / September 4, 2019 / ICEsoft Technologies Canada Corp. (CSE:ISFT) (the “Company” or “ICEsoft”) is pleased to announce its plans for a non-brokered private placement of up to 850,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of CAD $0.15 per Unit, which would raise aggregate proceeds of up to CAD $127,500. Each Unit consists of (i) one Common share in the capital of the Company, and (ii) one purchase warrant exercisable at a price of CAD $0.20 per share. The funds will be used for general working capital.
