Company Receives Additional Days for Compliance

PHOENIX, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / September 4, 2019 / Taronis Technologies, Inc., (“Taronis” or “the Company”) (NASDAQ:TRNX), a leading clean technology company in the renewable resources and environmental conservation industry, today announced that Nasdaq has granted the Company an additional extension to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price rule.

As previously announced, based on the schedule presented at the Company’s Nasdaq listing hearing on June 27, 2019, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel granted the Company’s request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market provided the Company effected a reverse stock split on or before August 22, 2019, and provided the Company demonstrated a closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for twenty consecutive business days by September 19, 2019.

Due to a delay in obtaining a new CUSIP number from the Depository Trust Company, the Company was not able to affect the reverse stock split until August 26, 2019. Notwithstanding, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has afforded the Company the Company two additional business days, through September 23, 2019, to demonstrate twenty consecutive business days at or above $1.00 per share.
