Node Kitchener will offer housing for approximately 50 residents across 38 private apartments, with a communal residents' lounge, co-working spaces and an outdoor patio with views of the city. Starting prices will be at $1,000/month per person (sharing a two bed unit) and upwards of $1,600/month (for a one bed unit), well-appointed and trendy furnishings and interior design, utilities and hi-speed wifi. Leases will be 12 months with flexibility given to tenants who have to relocate.

Anil Khera founded Node in 2016, and is the company's founder and CEO. Anil has worked in real estate for nearly 20 years in the US, Europe and Asia, and was formerly a Managing Director at Blackstone, the world's largest real estate private equity firm.
