- Phase 1a Safety and Preliminary Efficacy Results to be Presented -
IRVINE, CA / ACCESSWIRE / May 15,2019 / TRIGR Therapeutics, Inc. ("TRIGR"), a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on the development of multi-targeted and immunomodulatory bispecific antibodies, and ABL Bio Corporation ("ABL Bio") (298380.KS), a South Korean biotechnology company, announced that new clinical data will be presented at the 2019 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) annual meeting to be held May 31st to June 4th, 2019 in Chicago. The poster presentation will include Phase 1a study results including safety and preliminary efficacy data of TR009 (ABL001, NOV1501), a bispecific antibody targeting VEGF and DLL4 in metastatic gastrointestinal (GI) cancer. The study is sponsored by ABL Bio and National OncoVenture (NOV), a South Korean government funded oncology drug development program. TRIGR holds an exclusive and global development and commercialization license from ABL Bio for all oncology indications, excluding the Republic of Korea.
