As a company spokesperson noted, in addition to the exciting news about the recent launch of their grass fed organic ghee, Milkio Foods New Zealand is also now exporting their 100 percent pure ghee to many countries like Australia, Taiwan and the United States.
For people who have heard the word "ghee" but are not entirely sure what it is, the spokesperson explained that while ghee and anhydrous milk fat or butter oil look similar, ghee has a strong cooked buttery aroma, while the other two are bland or virtually no flavour.
