As a spokesperson for Melamed noted, this was actually the second time that he paid a visit to the Ronald McDonald House in recent weeks. Not too long ago, Melamed stopped by the Ronald McDonald House with toys for the children, food and other snacks.
''Daniel was excited to once again visit the Ronald McDonald House and show his support for this great non-profit organization,'' the spokesperson noted, adding that it was a perfect day for ice cream in Long Island.

In addition to his two visits to the Ronald McDonald House, Melamed has made a number of other philanthropic donations in recent months. During back to school time, he gave a large number of backpacks, all filled with essential school supplies, to children in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn.
Earlier this year, Melamed also went to the Cohen Children's Medical Center in Long Island to donate a variety of fun toys for the young patients to play with; this included LEGO sets, a video game system, arts and crafts and more.
