InteliSecure Names Ed Powers Vice President, Customer Success

DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / September 25, 2018 / InteliSecure, the leading provider of critical data protection services, has named influential Customer Success thought leader Ed Powers its new VP of Customer Success. Powers, an experienced operations and customer success executive, will focus on optimizing all aspects of the client experience as InteliSecure continues to experience significant growth in numbers of new clients as well as the average number of services each client consumes.

Powers most recently spent four years leading Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Support at three software companies; seven years consulting with SaaS/MSP companies to improve Customer Success operations and the customer experience; and 11 years leading operations at four technology start-ups. He also spent more than a decade in a variety of operations and customer satisfaction roles in the demanding luxury hospitality industry.

Powers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He also holds the following certifications: Examiner and Board Member, Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence; Examiner, Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award 2003-2008; American Society for Quality Six Sigma Black Belt; and an HP-certified Quality Maturity System Reviewer.
