NUGL launched its enhanced reviews Sunday morning. The enhanced reviews are the most detailed reviewing platform in the industry. Users can now rate profiles with up to 10 categories such customer service, atmosphere, cleanliness, product knowledge and inventory selection just to name a few. Each of the 10 categories has a 5-star rating with the ability to leave comments in each category. Users can choose to rate all categories or rate only the categories they wish. Our rating platform will provide customization and transparency for users while providing invaluable feedback to shops and services.
