New Age Beverages Expands Distribution with Natural Grocers/Vitamin Cottage Across 144 Stores in 19 States

DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / October 26, 2016 / New Age Beverages Corporation (OTC: NBEV), the Colorado-based owner of the XingTea®, XingEnergy®, Aspen Pure®, and the Búcha® Live Kombucha brands, today announced that it has agreed to expand its distribution of XingTea® with Natural Grocers/Vitamin Cottage in their 19 state market area across Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. The chain-wide expansion represents a major win for XingTea® while consumers begin to discover the brand as it expands beyond its Colorado origins.

The new distribution with Natural Grocers/Vitamin Cottage includes 9 of XingTea's leading flavors: Mango, Peach, Pomegranate, Blueberry, Green Tea with Ginseng, Half and Half, Lemon, Just Plain Tea, and Raspberry. XingTea is a perfect fit for Natural Grocers as a "better-for-you" option for consumers because XingTea is all-natural, has no GMO's, no HFCS, and no preservatives. XingTea also won first place in the North American Tea Competition, so it is not just a healthier alternative, it is actually a preferred product by consumers.

Natural Grocers also recently began distribution of the Búcha® Live Kombucha brand. Búcha® is one of the fastest growing brands in the rapidly expanding Kombucha category and the only one with 9 months of shelf life. Búcha® was originally distributed throughout the West, but has been rapidly expanding distribution nationally. Since the combination with New Age at the end of the second quarter, the group has been increasing retail penetration utilizing the Company's extensive DSD network.
