During the Interview, Irina Discussed Her Personal Aspirations and the Best Advice She Has Ever Received

During the interview, Irina answered a variety of in-depth questions about her work, including her personal aspirations in life. People who wish to read more about Irina may also visit her personal website, IrinaDorko.com.

As Irina explained during the recent interview, her primary aspirations in life are the health and happiness of her friends and loved ones. She also strives to spend a lot of time getting to know herself—whether through spending time in nature or by meditating about certain things in life.

"Moreover, I just want to make things easier for the people I care about," Irina said.

"I think too many people are too concerned with themselves, which can cause them to think their lives are more important than others, which makes sense because they spend so much time worrying about 'me'. I truly just want the world to be a better place."

Irina, who also enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, said the best advice she ever received is a twist on the Golden Rule.

"Treat others better than you want to be treated," she said, adding that this saying—which really hits home for her, is something she learned pretty early on.

"I try to make this a priority especially when it comes to strangers. If I am dealing with someone I've never met, I have no reason to treat them any differently than people I do know."

Irina credits this way of thinking as helping her with both her business life and personal ventures. As she explained during the interview, she tries to never judge others, and treats each new person with the respect that they deserve.

"I definitely owe a lot of my success to this philosophy."

As for her favorite books, Irina said she especially enjoyed "Healthy Brain, Healthy Life" by Wendy Suzuki. The book contains a lot of brain power exercises and explains the connection between the brain, body and personal aspirations.
