The Company, which was Previously Headquartered in Fort Worth, has Relocated to Haltom City, Texas

HALTOM CITY, TX / ACCESSWIRE / October 23, 2015 / Blackmon Mooring and BMS CAT, a company that handles both cleaning and restoration work for homes and businesses, has recently moved their company headquarters to a new location. The company, previously headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, is now located at 5718 Airport Freeway in Haltom City.

This new 56,666 square foot office building allows the headquarters of Blackmon Mooring and BMS CAT to be combined under one roof, streamlining corporate and operating functions while providing space for existing and future staff.

Employees at both Blackmon Mooring and BMS CAT are excited by the growth potential of the move noting that they will be able to help even more residential and commercial clients with everything from tile and grout cleaning to fire damage and water damage cleanup.

President of Blackmon Mooring and BMS CAT, Tom Head, echoed this sentiment stating, "The move into our new headquarters is a significant moment in our 67-year history. It reflects the growth we have experienced and represents the continued expansion we are driving toward."

Since the company first opened its doors in 1948, Blackmon Mooring has developed a well-deserved reputation as a leader in every service that they provide as well as an innovator in customer solutions.

Originally a furniture and dye shop, Blackmon Mooring expanded into carpet cleaning by pioneering the hot water extraction method, which is especially effective at removing stubborn soil, debris and bacteria from carpet fibers.

In 1949, a levee break caused major flooding in Fort Worth, Texas, and Blackmon Mooring was there to help clean up. It was the company's first foray into disaster recovery and lead to a full line of fire and water damage restoration services.

Over the next few decades, Blackmon Mooring added locations in nine cities across Texas, Oklahoma and Georgia. In 1981, the company expanded its reach globally with the addition of the BMS CAT division.

"Our founding fathers' entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well today and is only part of what has brought us success," said Head. "Blackmon Mooring and BMS CAT would not be possible without the support of our valued customers, and we look forward to continuing to find ways to better serve them."

Blackmon Mooring and BMS CAT specialize in disaster restoration, clean up and reconstruction services for both commercial and residential customers. Anybody who would like to learn more about Blackmon Mooring and BMS CAT is welcome to visit their user-friendly website.
