The marketing team at Lucid Software was recently named a SAMY 2015 award winner by Utah Business Magazine, which recognizes Utah's top sales and marketing professionals each year

Draper, UT / ACCESSWIRE / December 9, 2014 / Lucid Software's marketing department was recently named a SAMY 2015 award winner by Utah Business Magazine. The award honors the best of Utah's sales and marketing talent, with an emphasis on professionals who have significantly impacted their company's bottom line. SAMY honorees will be featured in the January 2015 edition of Utah Business Magazine.

Led by the Chief Revenue Officer and the VP of Sales and Marketing-Dave Grow and Ryan Butters-Lucid's marketing team developed a data-driven strategy that has garnered over 3 million users around the world. Since the company's founding in 2010, the marketing team has grown from one individual to five. The small team includes specialists in videography, copywriting, SEO, analytics, and strategy.

By continually testing and analyzing its strategy, the marketing team has made dramatic improvement in content approach, onboarding flows, and user experience. As a result, conversion rates have more than quadrupled over the last three years. This heightened brand awareness has also led to coverage in Forbes, VentureBeat, TechCrunch, and Entrepreneur.com.

Another hallmark of Lucid Software's success is its partnership with industry leaders. The company's flagship product, Lucidchart, was one of the first third-party applications in the Google Apps marketplace.
