The Subscription Site Insider division consists of the online publications Subscription Site Insider (www.subscriptionsiteinsider.com) and Subscription Content (www.subscriptioncontent.net). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Kathleen Greenler Sexton, Managing Partner of Authority Media Network, will assume the role of CEO and Publisher of the Subscription Site Insider business moving forward. Also announced today, InfoCommerce Group, Inc. and Authority Media Network. LLC have entered in a strategic partnership. The two companies plan to work together on future joint initiatives.
