Hunter Bay Minerals Announces Proposed Debt Settlement

London, UK / ACCESSWIRE / July 4, 2014 --- Hunter Bay Minerals plc ("Hunter Bay") (TSX-V: HBY OTCQX: HTBNF) announces that it proposes to settle outstanding indebtedness totaling $59,906 through the issuance of 1,138,136 ordinary shares at a price of $0.05 per share.

Closing of the debt settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
