The remaining four directors include three directors that were re-elected at the shareholder meeting, being Peter Cunningham, Francois Marland, and Peter Main, and one newly elected director, being Stephen Woods.
Mr. Woods was a registered Mine Manager for manganese explorer, Auvex Resources Ltd, for the Ant Hill & Sunday Hill Projects and has recently completed his role as Field Manager for Auvex. He has worked for the Geological Survey of Western Australia and has successfully prospected for gold at the Horseshoe region for many years.
