PHILADELPHIA, PA / ACCESSWIRE / Olfactory Biosciences Corp (OLFC) is pleased to launchtoday a new special and timely product, NOXO Sensory Balm(TM).   http://noxoinfo.com/sensory

The new NOXO Sensory Balm(TM) is being launched at a time of a groundbreaking new study from UC San Francisco, published in the online Journal,  NeuroImage, a Journal of Brain Function.

Clinical, researchers found that children affected with Sensory perception issues have quantifiable differences in brain structure, confirming a biological basis for the problems that sets it apart from neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and autism.

More than 1 child in every classroom are typically misdiagnosed with ADHD or autism, or they are not diagnosed at all...Instead an assumption is made that the child has ‘bad’ behavior. Sadly, parents are accused of not disciplining their children appropriately or not providing enough structure for their children.

Whether you are biting into a hamburger, riding a bicycle, or reading a book, your successful completion of the activity requires processing sensations or "sensory integration."  When there are odors or environmentally related issues, the sensory signals don’t get organized into appropriate responses.

Pioneering occupational therapist and neuroscientist A. Jean Ayres, PhD, likened the problems to a "traffic jam" that prevents certain parts of the brain from receiving the information needed to interpret sensory information correctly.

New NOXO Sensory Balm(TM), when applied topically, under the nose, an individual with sensory issues can find relief from environmental odors and integration issues that have the potential to trigger coping responses.

The NOXO molecules transports their "messages" directly to the brain's limbic system which may change behavior by reducing the intensity or the way the brain receives messages from the senses.
