ID Watchdog Announces Appointment of Two Board Members

DENVER - April 19, 2011 - ID Watchdog Inc. (“ID Watchdog” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: IDW, OTC: IDWAF), provider of consumer-facing identity theft protection and resolution services, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Arthur Cohen and Mr. Rick Gates to the Board of Directors of ID Watchdog. In conjunction with this announcement, the Company also announces the resignation of Tim Christin from the Board.

About Arthur Cohen:
Through a career spanning over 50 years, Mr. Cohen has left his mark on every aspect of the real estate industry as he has developed properties throughout the United States and overseas. As an innovator in the real estate field, Mr. Cohen developed and built with his partner, Aristotle Onassis, Olympic Tower on Fifth Avenue next to St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City, which was the first mixed-use condominium built on a ground lease. Mr. Gates has over 15 years of international political, finance and business development experience working for multinational firms. Currently, he is the managing partner of Pericles LP, a private equity fund, that focuses on technology, infrastructure, and real estate targets. Much of his work focuses on investment, business development and deal structures in Europe.
Mr. Gates has worked on several US presidential campaigns and has participated in many international political campaigns in Europe and Africa. Mr. Gates graduated with a M.A. in Public Policy from George Washington University and a B.A. in Government from The College of William & Mary.
