TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / January 3, 2019 / Tsodilo Resources Limited (TSX Venture Exchange: TSD) ("Tsodilo" or the "Company") reports that in terms of the Stock Option Plan of the Company and a policy adopted by the board of directors in September 2002, 250,000 stock options were granted to officers and senior employees on January 2, 2019, at CDN $0.28 per common share. These options are valid for five years and vest in four equal installments on January 2, 2019, July 2, 2019, January 2, 2020 and July 2, 2020.
