Grupo Aeroportuario Del Pacifico Announces Second Dividend Payment

GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, MEXICO / ACCESSWIRE / November 6, 2018 / Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) (''the Company'' or ''GAP'') announced that on November 20, 2018, the Company will make the payment of the second portion of the dividend for a total of Ps. 2,002,442,834.00 (TWO BILLION TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED AND FORTY-TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FOUR 00/100 PESOS M.N.), as approved at the Annual General Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 25, 2018.

This second and final portion of the dividend payment for this year is equivalent to Ps. 3.81 (THREE PESOS 81/100) for each of the outstanding shares. With this final payment, the Company fully complies with the dividend distributions as approved at the annual General Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting.
