SI Systems is a Preferred Distributor for EffiMat, offering the full suite of services which include Sales, Installations, Software, Service and Support. The EffiMat product line includes the EffiMat Microload System, a patented automated storage technology that greatly enhances picking speeds when compared to a traditional vertical storage solution. Traditional Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs) are also included in the product offering, with EffiMat's "ClassicMat" VLM line.

The EffiMat storage solution offers unprecedented flexibility in a compact machine profile. Excellent ergonomics are provided by the integrated tilt-tray delivery system in the pick window. The key to how the system operates is that the system selects standard totes that a customer already uses. This is much more efficient than bringing down a heavy steel tray for each individual pick, and the result is a revolutionary picking speed of up to 400 order lines per hour.
