Robert Jagunich commented, "It is with regret that I am taking my leave of DECN. Having just reached my 70th birthday, I have decided to retire and move my life in a different direction. Mr. Jagunich has loyally and capably served the company and its shareholders since January 2003. His contributions have been extensive and selfless. He energetically tackled every requested task and met every challenge. His presence, counsel, and enthusiasm will be missed.
