CHICAGO, IL / ACCESSWIRE / March 22, 2016 / HDS International Corp. and CMG Holdings Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: HDSI & OTCQB: CMGO): Good Gaming, Inc. ("Good Gaming" or the “Company”), a majority-owned subsidiary of CMGO, announced today that its 2.0 tournament platform coding is now complete and that the system is ready for trial tournaments. The Company has also completed its FINRA application for a name change to "Good Gaming, Inc." and for a ticker change to "GGGG" or "GAMR", subject to regulatory approval. The Company has filed the name change with the State of Nevada and expects FINRA to approve these applications over the near-term, meaning within two to four weeks if not sooner. Management believes the name change and ticker change are in the best interests of shareholders, as they will define a new chapter in the Company's evolution into the world's leading publicly-traded provider of online gamer tournaments and eSports social networking.

2.0 Tournament Platform Complete

Good Gaming's world-class 2.0 tournament platform is now complete. The system is capable of supporting tournaments of up to 512,000 participants concurrently. Over the next two weeks, Good Gaming intends to test the platform robotically and through trial tournaments. To support this effort, Good Gaming has partnered with one of the oldest and most respected gaming guilds in existence called "The Syndicate" (http://www.llts.org), which has roughly 1,200 members worldwide and has tested some of the most widely-played online games in the world. The Syndicate has provided consulting services for many of the world's leading online games publishers over the past 20 years.

Vik Grover, CEO of Good Gaming remarked: "The completion of the 2.0 tournament platform is the culmination of 15 months and thousands of man hours of coding. It makes Good Gaming the owner and operator of the world's premiere online destination for the 205 million amateur gamers striving to compete and turn pro in the world of eSports, a market that is projected to become a multi-billion-dollar opportunity over the next few years. I could not be prouder of our team and their accomplishments. I am excited for the fabulous growth we see ahead."

Hybrid Model Planned to Massively Accelerate Traffic to Good Gaming's Website

Good Gaming has spent many hours in strategy sessions in order to plan for the maximum outcome for its destination site for eSports enthusiasts. Management has decided to pursue a hybrid path using a combination of pay-to-play and all-inclusive sponsored tournaments to drive massive amounts of traffic to the Company's site which should generate subscriptions, transactions and advertising revenues. Based on data from the 1.0 tournaments performed in 2014 and discussions with its world-class games publisher ally, the Company believes a sponsored model can deliver 5x - 10x the amount of traffic to Good Gaming's website as previously experienced, which could generate millions of unique visitors to www.good-gaming.com.

Said Grover: "After significant analysis of successful dot.com super companies, we have decided to embrace their experiences and pursue a hybrid path using a combination of inclusive and exclusive tournaments, which is an expansion of our prior exclusive business model. Based on data from our 1.0 platform experience in 2014, we believe all-inclusive tournaments sponsored on our ally's launcher and website will drive a significantly higher amount of traffic to and awareness of our website, which should culminate in much higher take rates for subscriptions and transactions and allow for higher levels of advertising. We are extremely excited at our prospects at using this hybrid model. During our team's coding of the tournament system, they discovered a number of improvements that could be made to the platform. They have spent hundreds of extra hours to bring our patrons the finest of tournament competition. Because of this, we have spent extra time getting it to where we wanted it to be. Our schedule has been pushed back two weeks and thus we are looking at a May major release."
