(TSXV: BUD) ("Satori" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Jeffrey Kilborn as Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective immediately, and the board of directors would like to thank Mr. Kilborn for his dedicated service and wish him the best in his future endeavours.

The Company further announces that Shanda Kilborn has been appointed interim Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Kilborn has over 10 years of experience consulting with public companies relating to business administration, corporate secretarial and investor relations services.
