(TSX.V:CFM): ("Confederation" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its board of directors have appointed Mr. David Velisek and Ms. Denise Lok as the Company's directors effective April 17, 2015. Mr. Scott Parsons and Dr. Kent Ausburn have resigned as Directors, effective April 16th, 2015, to pursue other business opportunities. The Company expresses its appreciation to Mr. Parsons and Mr. Ausburn and thank them for their invaluable contributions over their tenure.

David Velisek

David Velisek has been involved in the capital markets for 10 years in investor relations, as a trader of equities, options and futures as well as an Investment Advisor. He is currently the CEO and director of Kariana Resources Inc. (CSE: KAA) and a previous director of Novo Resources Corp. (CSE: NVO).

Denise Lok

Denise Lok is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Transportation Logistics from the University of British Columbia. Ms. Lok is currently the CFO of Kariana Resources Inc. (CSE: KAA) and was previously the CFO of Finore Mining Inc. (CSE: FIN) and director of Eight Solutions Inc. (CSE: ES).

The board of Confederation is currently comprised of Lawrence Dick, Kenneth Holmes, David Velisek, and Denise Lok.
