Till Capital Files Registration Statement with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

(TSX.V: TIL) (the "Company" or "Till"), a Bermuda domiciled company, announces today it has filed a Registration Statement with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on Form 20-F. Till is currently listed on the Toronto based TSX Ventures Exchange. The Company's registration as a Foreign Reporting Issuer in the United States is requisite for the Company to achieve listing on a U.S. securities exchange where the Company expects the visibility and liquidity of its shares will be enhanced. The Company intends on pursuing a U.S. exchange listing in anticipation of its registration with the SEC becoming effective in the first half of 2015.
