A GE Aviation Plant will be Built at the Large Industrial Site

the sale of a 53-acre industrial site with ET Pure Lafayette for its
development of an assembly plant for GE Aviation Plant at Park 350 in
Lafayette, Indiana.

225,000-square-foot facility that will assemble the new LEAP engine of CFM
International. It is estimated that 200 jobs will be created by 2020.
"Park 350 is a 300-acre industrial park with 200 acres of expansion area available and is also home to the Nanshan America aluminum mill, the Heartland Automotive dashboard assembly plant for Subaru, and a FedEx Ground terminal," the spokesperson said.
