The company had previously announced I-Texts, Inc. had joined the Blackbaud Partner Network as a Blackbaud Technology Partner (www.blackbaud.com).
I-Texts services will now be available to more than 30,000 charities and other organizations, in more than 60 countries, which will provide them with zero cost fundraising services and an enhanced way to communicate with supporters.
The company also previously announced that it will pay a dividend for the third quarter ending September 30, to shareholders of record on October 31, 2014. The dividend will have a payable date of November 21, 2014. The company has previously announced that it has implemented a dividend policy as a long term strategy to provide shareholders with income and dividends in addition to asset appreciation.
