Cardiff Energy Corp. Acquires Oil and Gas Lease

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 25, 2014 / CARDIFF ENERGY CORP. (the "Company") (TSX-V: "CRS") is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 468 acre oil and gas lease through its wholly owned subsidiary Cardiff Energy (USA) Inc. in Ballinger Texas.

The lease is adjacent to the recently drilled Bearcat #4 well, as reported in our news release of September 17, 2014. In addition to new drilling locations on this property, the lease contains eight existing well bores with unproduced oil and gas zones that should be tested. The Company is considering using radial horizontal technology to evaluate these zones.

The Company anticipates the completion of the Bearcat #4 well on Friday September 26th.
