Denver, CO / ACCESSWIRE / September 8, 2014 / Pure Cycle Corporation (NASDAQ Capital Market: PCYO) announces today that Oil & Gas drilling has commenced at its Sky Ranch property.

Oil and Gas Development

Pursuant to its Oil & Gas Lease, Pure Cycle announces that drilling has begun on one of its two Oil & Gas sites at its Sky Ranch property. "We are excited to see development of our Oil & Gas interests at Sky Ranch begin," stated Mark Harding, Pure Cycle's President and CEO. "The Company's acquisition of the 930 acre of Sky Ranch Property has been a terrific addition to the Company's assets. In addition to our plans to provide wholesale water and wastewater service to the nearly 5,000 single family equivalent unit Master Planned Community, the Company has also vertically integrated its holdings to include the land and mineral estate of this valuable parcel of property. Our intent in developing the Sky Ranch property is to partner with Developers/ Homebuilders with expertise in developing projects of this size and focus our expertise on the developing the water and wastewater systems," continued Mr. Harding.
