A New Data Center Provides for Millions of DADS(TM) Users

(OTC Pink: ICOR) (PINKSHEETS: ICOR) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SRG, Inc., has completed installation of a new company-owned server center that will enable simultaneous operation of several million vehicles equipped with its life-saving DADS(TM) – Driver Alertness Detection System.
The tragic rail, bus, and truck accidents that occurred in recent months have brought the danger of operator drowsiness into the public foreground. DADS(TM), in development for more than a decade, has the ability to warn drivers of a developing loss of alertness as much as two hours before the probable onset of sleep. This enables appropriate action to be taken well before fatigued drivers become a hazard to themselves and others.
"The completion of the new server center was supported by a $4 million credit facility consummated for this purpose," said James F. Groelinger, InterCore’s CEO. "Construction was completed last week and we are now moving forward aggressively to commence DADS(TM) test programs with major multi-national corporations while simultaneously seizing opportunities developed during a recent trip to Asia."
DADS(TM) utilizes a small camera and a smartphone to perform biometric monitoring of multiple points of a driver’s face to continually evaluate the operator’s real-time level of alertness. DADS(TM) signals drivers when they are becoming fatigued and their skills are becoming impaired (often before they know it themselves). In applications such as truck, bus, or train operations, DADS™ would provide visual and audible alerts of decreasing levels of alertness and the probable onset of sleep to both the drivers and their dispatch control centers.
DADS(TM) is currently deployed in a commercial demonstration program in 5,000 trucks insured by a major insurance carrier. The iPhone app is now ready for commercial usage, with a consumer iPhone version and Android and Windows products coming shortly.
