FINRA Announces My Social Income, Inc. OTC Dividends Resolution Approval

Indianapolis, IN / ACCESSWIRE / August 21, 2014 / My Social Income Inc. (OTCPINK: MSOA), CEO, John Roberts, is pleased to announce that FINRA has announced its decision as pursuant to My Social Income's OTC Dividend Resolution.

My Social Income Inc., made the decision to issue the restricted convertible preferred stock dividend, to protect the stock holders from the note holders in the company. The dividend will be "one (1) restricted series D preferred share of My Social Income, Inc. for every 100,000 shares of common stock owned by stockholder as of the record date."
