(OTCQB: MHYS) has changed its’ mandate to become a full fledged financier and producer of theatrical movies under the new brand name of REMARK PICTURES. The Company is proceeding with the name change and will seek a new symbol from FINRA. "This change in direction moves the Company from development stage to operational," said the Company’s CEO, Daniel Grodnik. "The independent film business today is red hot for quality content and I believe our credentials, experience and access in Hollywood uniquely position us to become a leader in the space."
Mass Hysteria Entertainment was originally created to produce movies with an interactive component. Mass Hysteria will continue to pursue the original business model as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
