MARLTON, NJ - Liberated Energy, Inc. (OTCQB: LIBE) announced today that it has signed with Elkins Chevrolet of Marlton New Jersey to spearhead the retrofit of their current 115 metal halide parking lot lighting system to new energy efficient LED lighting and the installation of Liberated Energy’s sentinel Guard Lite systems.

Elkins Chevrolet is one of southern New Jersey’s largest GM dealerships and has been in business since 1989 "We have been reviewing changing out our parking lot lighting system for a few years now." Says Jason Elkins, General Manager of Elkins. "We wanted to find a way to save energy and impact our environment, and Liberty Energy came in and developed a plan that delivers everything we were looking for." Says Elkins. "Not only did they come up with a short term solution, but they were able to look into the next 15 years for us and have made recommendations that could take us off the grid for good."

Auto dealerships consume on average more energy per square foot than typical office buildings and is their third highest expenditure (source: NADA). The Environmental Protection Agency estimates that if auto dealers cut their energy by 10% (annually) they would save nearly $193 million and prevent more than 1 million tons of greenhouse gas emissions. Liberated Energy is estimating that they will be able to reduce Elkins’ KWH consumption by 52% with savings of $500,000 over the next 5 years.

With security as a major goal, the Guard Lite will offer 24/7 security to cover 100% of the Elkins perimeter. Security cameras positioned to cover the lot can alert users of anyone trying to damage vehicles by alerting their smart phone 24/7 with motion sensors, infrared, and bright LED lights. Driven by solar and wind power, the Guard Lites will not draw any power to run and will continue to provide security during power outages.

"Mr. Elkins wanted a turnkey solution and also wanted a way to add security to protect the lot, and the Guard Lite was a perfect solution", said Liberated Energy CEO, Frank Pringle. "With the help of Mr. Elkins, we can look towards providing our services to over six thousand GM dealerships nation-wide. With over 100,000 auto dealerships in the United States, the potential market for Liberated Energy is promising to say the least". He added, "And by exploring the addition of solar components, smart businesses can get away from utility companies and become truly green through Liberated Energy."

"Through financing, Liberated was able to deliver our requirements with no up front or out of pocket costs. Their recommendation clearly pays for itself", said Elkins. The Guard Lite/ LED retrofit is valued at $233,000 and the solar component in excess of 1.1 million dollars.
