(OTC PINK: USEI) (PINKSHEETS: USEI), is pleased today to announce that on Friday July 25, 2014 our joint venture will officially open our initial two (2) stores in the State of Washington (one in Tacoma and one in Puyallup) that service cannabis patients. The facilities are currently fully stocked and have a wide range of cannabis related products and will target patients that possess a wide range of ailments. These two stores represent the first of many stores that are contemplated, not only in the state of Washington, but all over the country. According to Anthony Miller CEO "Our joint venture is entitled The UC (dba The Ultimate Cure LLC) and we will develop and market various products in the state of Washington that contain high concentrations of cannabis and hemp without the intoxicating effects of THC. Our plan is to establish and create a sales and marketing plan to immediately extend the distribution of CBD cannabis and hemp products throughout the state of Washington and wherever it is allowable in the U.S."
"Our Joint venture allows us to market edible products in these retail locations and elsewhere under the names: The Ultimate Cure & Real McCoy Genuine Products, and market vapor pens and accessories, topical ointments, cannabis oils and tinctures all under these same names. The locations of our stores are: 5325 84th Street East, Tacoma, Washington, and 10821 Valley Avenue East, Puyallup, Washington. This Friday represents our initial opening and our GRAND OPENING will follow shortly thereafter. Over the course of the next few days we will release pictures and video of these locations, and profile our amazing partners, so that folks can better appreciate our efforts. Cannabidiol - CBD - is a compound in cannabis that has significant medical effects, but does not make people feel "stoned" and can actually counter the psychoactivity of THC. The reduced psychoactivity of CBD-rich cannabis may make it an appealing treatment option for patients seeking anti-inflammatory, anti-pain, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic, and/or anti-spasm effects without disconcerting lethargy or dysphoria.
Scientific and clinical studies underscore CBD’s potential as a treatment for a wide range of conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, alcoholism, MS, chronic pain, schizophrenia, PTSD, antibiotic-resistant infections, epilepsy, and other neurological disorders. CBD has demonstrated neuroprotective and neurogenic effects, and its anti-cancer properties are currently being investigated at several academic research centers in the United States and elsewhere.
